1. Application
These terms govern the conditions of use of all services provided by JSPOT (the "Service"). Users must agree to these terms before using the Service.
2. Registration
Registration is complete when the user agrees to these terms, applies via the prescribed method, and the Service approves it. Registration may be revoked if false information is provided.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in illegal or antisocial acts, interfere with the Service's operation, infringe the rights of others, post false reviews, or fraudulently obtain points or coupons.
4. Points & Coupons
Conditions for granting and using points and coupons are determined separately by the Service. Points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and expire upon account withdrawal.
5. Store Listings & Paid Plans
Listing content, paid plan details, and fees are set by the Service. The accuracy of listing information is the responsibility of the listed store.
6. Disclaimer
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listed information, and is not liable for disputes arising between users and stores or third parties.
7. Changes to Terms
The Service may change these terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the court of first instance for any disputes.
